The Spirit Parlour warmly welcomes you to our site!  We are Paranormal Researchers based in Sussex whose passion is, well, basically, anything spooky, spiritual or thrilling!  We arrange fabulous, fun and unforgettable evenings of Ghost Hunting in amazing locations!

Our curiosity for the afterlife was firmly seeded in childhood – Scott grew up in a pub with two landlords (one was most definitely robustly earthbound and the other...well, let’s just say he could walk through the bar to clear glasses) and Bex could never understand why the little girl, who was always sitting at the end of her bed, never had a home of her own to return to!

We have both travelled different paths and explored many avenues of spiritual work but nothing ever really seems “right” unless we are doing, and very importantly, sharing what we love most – exploring and investigating places where, possibly, the dead live on!

For us, it is simply a joy – attempting to reach out and, maybe, just maybe, reach through that clouded veil!  As you wait in the darkened room, you quieten your breath, you become keenly aware of the clock tick... tick ...ticking in this world, in this moment and indefinably, illogically, you just know that another layer of time is seeping in like a silent tide!  (Actually, writing this, I am absolutely fizzing over, I want to go out investigating - now!). 

We have been lucky enough to investigate some most glorious and grand homes, other sites that have astonishing importance in history but we have also been humbled by some amazing private investigations in normal houses, flats, bungalows (and yes, you can get bumps-in-the-night in a 1970’s estate house – very loud and curious bumps, actually)!  It is often in the suburban ordinary that the extraordinary can be found!

Our Special Event Evenings of Ghost Hunting are designed to be thrilling but never disturbing – an opportunity to engage with the hidden history of some of this country’s most marvellous and intriguing locations!
